In the Age of Convergent Advanced Technologies, the Fusion of Digital Twin and AI is Key

Now that we've entered the age of AI, it can be said that the prevailing industry consensus is that any player in the 3D engineering data lightweight visualization industry that fails to embrace AI is destined to fall behind.
As a result, industry attention is rapidly shifting beyond simple data lightweighting technology toward a platform-level competition centered on enabling AI to understand and utilize 3D engineering data.

Amid this trend, Softhills Co., Ltd. is leading the evolution of 3D visualization technology along two key axes.
The first is execution-driven 'Physical AI,' corresponding to the "brain" of the digital twin. This is a Sim-to-Real autonomous execution-type digital twin that derives optimal behaviors through hundreds of millions of trial-and-error iterations within a virtual environment equipped
with real physical laws such as gravity and friction, then transplants these behaviors onto actual equipment — achieving bidirectional data exchange and real-time control between the virtual model and physical equipment through hardware integration.

The second is cognition-driven 'Visible AI,' corresponding to the "eyes and mouth" of the digital twin — a cognitive insight-type digital twin that visually explains AI analysis results (xAI) and enables conversational, interactive engagement with users through LLM and MCP technologies.

To support these two axes, Softhills is applying and advancing execution-driven 'Physical AI' technology within its next-generation viewer solution, VIZZARDX.
Meanwhile, cognition-driven 'Visible AI' — an AI Orchestration technology that organically leverages cutting-edge AI technologies such as LLM, MCP, and RAG on lightweight 3D engineering data
— is being commercialized as the intelligent AI platform 'VIZMaven,' set for upcoming release.

VIZMaven is a Cognitive Insight AI platform that connects enterprise knowledge with 3D data. It offers a secure, on-premise Private LLM environment that prevents internal data leakage, semantic search and autonomous learning
that grasps user intent and improves accuracy through reinforcement learning (RL), and flexible system integration capabilities including real-time linkage with internal portals and knowledge bases based on RAG and MCP.

Through this, product users gain not only a natural-language 3D Visual Search experience powered by conventional LLM technology, but also the ability to directly customize the product without any development experience.
Furthermore, this paves the way toward a fully autonomous digital twin — one where users can test various models directly within a virtual space and apply optimal simulation results to the real world.

In this way, Softhills is regarded as an industry leader in implementing these two core pillars — 'Physical AI' and 'Visible AI' — driving the evolution of 3D visualization beyond simply "displaying" models toward an autonomous digital twin that "thinks and acts."

This has been demonstrated through the continuous supply of Softhills' 3D data lightweight visualization solutions to major Korean corporations

VIZZARDX embodies this decade of accumulated technical know-how in 3D engineering data lightweight visualization — a large-scale 3D model review solution built on Softhills' proprietary next-generation engine (VIZCore3DX), developed entirely with domestic (Korean) technology.
Built on fundamental optimizations across data structure, algorithms, and API — VIZZARDX guarantees a minimum frame rate of 15 FPS or higher, establishing itself as a universal lightweight visualization solution capable of fast, accurate 3D model rendering with enhanced performance.

As another technology embodying Softhills' direction, the VIZCore3DX product line is built on its core engine technology, VIZCore3DX.Core, with the .NET-based view control VIZCore3DX.NET as its flagship product.

More recently, Softhills has been focusing on VIZWide3D, a large-scale 3D web visualization platform built on the VIZCore3DX visualization engine,
which maximizes the usability of massive 3D data by rapidly visualizing large-scale 3D model data even in web environments with limited available resources.
VIZWide3D complies with web standards, enabling 3D-based services across all platforms including Windows, Linux, Android, iOS, and MacOS, and features a high-level API provided as an SDK,
making it easy to integrate and develop connections with various external systems such as legacy business systems, MES, and IoT.
