What is the VIZZARD?

VIZZARD integrates 3D models of various products or structures and supports comprehensive review of these models.
It is a specialized 3D model visualization and review software that enables the use of digital models throughout projects—such as digital mockups, manual authoring, and process planning—without the need for CAD applications.
As a core component for establishing enterprise PLM/BLM environments, it allows real-time visualization and review of massive 3D datasets (tens of gigabytes or more) even on relatively low-spec desktops or laptops, thereby reducing not only software costs but also high-performance hardware expenses.

Project Model Integration
Various types of 3D model data and attribute information can be integrated and reviewed as a single project model within VIZZARD.
In addition to 64-bit operating systems, it also supports 32-bit systems, allowing models with hundreds of thousands of parts to be loaded and utilized at once. Users can perform partial editing such as changing object colors, moving/rotating, duplicating, and deleting models.
It can generate lightweight VIZ files for distribution of the integrated model and also supports VIZXML files, which represent model structure information in XML format.

Model-Based Animation & Real-Time Navigation
Easily create animations using model attributes and camera orientation events. This is an animation authoring tool suitable for 3D manuals, video production, and process simulations.
Various navigation tools are provided to explore the interior of large models in detail. By using avatars with physical properties such as collision, gravity, and inertia, immersive exploration of model interiors becomes possible.

Interference / Collision Test
By applying a high-speed collision detection algorithm, interference points between numerous objects in the entire model can be quickly identified.
It is possible not only to detect all collision points within a project model, but also to perform various tests such as group-to-group collisions and collision simulations caused by group movements.
The test results are categorized into three cases: penetration, contact, and proximity. Interference points can be checked not only through coordinate output but also visually for easy identification.

Interference Result Management Tool
All details of interference tests are managed in a list format. Test conditions and results are stored separately, enabling reuse or sharing within the team.
The results of detected interference points, including screenshots of each location, can be compiled into reports in various formats.

Customization Toolkit
VIZZARD provides an SDK (Software Development Kit) based on Microsoft .NET Technology.
Through the application interface, users can control the user interface, integrate functions, and add necessary features.
It enables automation of repetitive tasks and facilitates seamless integration with enterprise CAD systems and data management systems.
