Softhills Successfully Hosts Technology Seminar on

'The Convergence of Digital Twin and AI'... Unveils Next-Generation Solution 'VIZZARDX'

Hello, this is Softhills.

Softhills has successfully concluded its technology seminar, held at company headquarters over two days from December 4th to 5th.

The seminar featured an overview of Softhills' next-generation flagship product lineup along with its technology roadmap,
and drew particular attention from industry attendees with a presentation on a successful case study of digital twin application in the defense sector.

■ 96% Faster Loading Speed —
Next-Generation Desktop Solution 'VIZZARDX' Unveiled

At the seminar, Softhills unveiled 'VIZZARDX,' its next-generation desktop platform delivering a dramatic performance leap over the existing VIZZARD solution.

Through the application of new data structures and algorithms,
VIZZARDX achieved a 96% reduction in loading time and a 93% reduction in memory usage compared to VIZZARD.

It also guarantees a frame rate of at least 10 FPS even with large-scale models, maximizing usability,
and the seminar featured live demonstrations of key 2025 development features designed with real-world user convenience in mind
— including dynamic measurement, enhanced interference detection, and customizable minimaps.

■ Introducing 'VIZWide3D v3.0'
— Breaking Through the Limits of Web 3D with WebAssembly Technology

The web-platform solution session introduced 'VIZWide3D v3.0,' built with WebAssembly technology.

Going beyond the limitations of conventional JavaScript-based engines,
VIZWide3D v3.0 achieves execution speeds comparable to native applications directly in the browser, with no separate plugin installation required.

This enables real-time visualization of large-scale 3D CAD models and BIM data on the web without the memory constraints of several gigabytes,
and the session also showcased its potential for expansion into diverse industries through GIS integration and fluid flow simulation visualization.

■ Special Session
"PLM Integration and AI-Driven Work Innovation Case Study"
Hanwha Aerospace

In a special customer case study session,
Hanwha Aerospace shared its experience applying a digital twin platform built on Softhills' solutions.

Hanwha Aerospace announced that by adopting Softhills' lightweighting technology,
it replaced its existing heavy 3D CAD system with a web-based lightweight design review system,
achieving seamless integration with its PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) system.

This integration created an environment where even non-designers can quickly view and collaborate on 3D models via the web,
while simultaneously securing both the security and efficiency of the technical data distribution system for partner companies.

In particular, Hanwha Aerospace unveiled an AI advancement roadmap that incorporates generative AI (LLM) and OCR (optical character recognition) technology
into drawing management within its defense network, enabling automatic recognition and extraction of information contained in drawings.

Regarding the seminar, Softhills CEO Park Jin-pyo remarked, "VIZZARDX and VIZWide3D,
unveiled through this seminar, are the culmination of over a decade of accumulated technological expertise at Softhills."

He added, "Building on the recent contract win for Samsung Heavy Industries' S-Hub project,
and now these successful implementation cases with industry leaders like Hanwha Aerospace,
we will establish ourselves as a core partner driving digital transformation and AI convergence in the manufacturing industry."

Catering and refreshments were also prepared for the distinguished guests from client companies who attended, creating an even livelier atmosphere at the seminar.
